Marquette, MI – 6/27/17 – The NBA announced its award winners on Monday night. Here is a list of the award recipients:
Most Valuable Player – Russell Westbrook, Oklahoma City Thunder
Defensive Player of the Year – Draymond Green, Golden State Warriors
Coach of the Year – Mike D’antoni, Houston Rockets
Most Improved Player – Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks
Sixth Man of the Year – Eric Gordon, Houston Rockets
Rookie of the Year – Malcolm Brogdon
NBA Lifetime Achievement Award – Bill Russell, Boston Celtics.
LaVar Ball was back at it again, this time on WWE Raw. During the NBA Draft in which his son Lonzo Ball was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers number two overall, Ball mockingly threw his hat into the crowd, prompting the WWE to invite him onto the set. LaVar went up against, “The Miz”, being the wrestling joker he is, questioned LaVar and ruffled his feathers by mocking him. LaVar and The Miz both took of their shirts and got into a battle. Over the past 6 months the world has come to realize just how much of a promoter and entertaining person LaVar Ball is and has become. Every week there is something new, this is by no means the end of the LaVar Ball’s antics.
